1. Overview

At Sluzarinuavak, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains your rights to return products and receive refunds in accordance with EU consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

2. Your Right of Withdrawal

2.1 Withdrawal Period

Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You may:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Conditions for Returns

3.1 Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In original packaging
  • Returned within the 14-day withdrawal period

3.2 Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used dietary supplements
  • Products with broken seals
  • Products that show signs of use or tampering

This exclusion is in accordance with Article 16(e) of the Consumer Rights Directive, which allows traders to exclude the right of withdrawal for sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

3.3 Product Condition

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

4. Return Process

4.1 How to Return

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at mailuse@sluzarinuavak.world to notify us of your intention to return
  • We will provide you with return instructions
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  • Ship the item to the address we provide
  • Retain proof of postage

4.2 Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

5. Refunds

5.1 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods
  • We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest

5.2 Refund Amount

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (if applicable). However:

  • If you chose a delivery option more expensive than standard delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery
  • Any reduction in value of the goods due to unnecessary handling may be deducted

5.3 Refund Method

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

6.1 Reporting Issues

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at mailuse@sluzarinuavak.world with:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs of the damage or defect

6.2 Our Commitment

For damaged or defective products, we will:

  • Replace the product at no additional cost, or
  • Provide a full refund including return shipping costs

6.3 Legal Guarantee

Under EU law, you have a legal guarantee of conformity for goods. If a product does not conform to the contract within two years of delivery, you may be entitled to:

  • Have the goods brought into conformity
  • Receive a proportionate reduction of the price
  • Have the contract terminated

7. Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times vary

10. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you may exercise your withdrawal rights upon receipt.

If you reside in Finland, you may also contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services (Kilpailu‑ ja kuluttajavirasto, KKV) and, if the matter is not resolved, submit it to the Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta) for an out‑of‑court settlement.

13. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Finland and applicable European Union consumer protection legislation. Mandatory consumer rights granted to you under the law of your country of residence are not limited by this Policy.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Changes will not affect orders placed before the effective date of the updated policy.
